Debit Card Features


The WyoOne ID card offers two debit account features. 

WyoOne Campus Dollars -  is a debit account available to all WyoOne ID card holders.  Both parents and students may deposit money in a student's account.  The debit account is accepted for the purchase of goods and services at all the same locations as the Plus Account, as well as the following areas:

  • select vending machines on campus

 

Deposits may be made online at the WyoOne ID Office, the Cashier's Office, or at one of the cash deposit machines throughout campus.  Parents, family, or friends may also make deposits online, by mail or phone, using Visa or MasterCard.

Cash withdrawals are not allowed from WyoOne Campus Dollars account.  Funds on deposit at the end of the school may be carried over to the following academic year or remaining funds over $5 may be withdrawn at the end of the academic year. 

 

Plus Account - gives those with a dining plan more choice and flexibility when dining on campus. The Plus Account is only accepted for payment at food service areas:

ˇ       RL&DS food outlets including Book & Bean in Coe Library, Elements in the Classroom Building , Ross Hall Café, CJ’s Convenience Store and other Wyoming Union food outlets

ˇ         select vending machines on campus.

 

09-10 academic year: Students on the Unlimited, Any 15, and the Any 12 meal plans automatically have $50 in Plus funds applied. Additional Plus funds may be purchased through RL&DS. Plus funds not used at the end of the academic year will be forfeited.
