Debit Card Features


The WyoOne ID card offers two debit account features. 

Plus Account - is designed to give students with specific board plans some flexibility while dining on campus.  The Plus Account is accepted for payment at:

  • all Wyoming Union food outlets
  • C.J.'s Convenience Store in the Wyoming Union
  • Ross Hall, the Fine Arts Cart, Book n Bean in Coe Library, and Elements in 
    the Classroom Building
  • selected vending machines on campus

Students with the following meal plans automatically have Plus dollars deposited in their Plus account:

  • Unlimited Meal Plan          $100 per semester
  • 15 Meal Plan                    $ 75 per semester
  • 12 Meal Plan                    $ 50 per semester

Cash withdrawals are not allowed under either account, though remaining funds over $5 may be withdrawn from the ID card account at the end of the academic year or carried over to the following academic year.  Plus dollars remaining on the Plus account are forfeited at the end of the Spring semester. 


WyoOne Debit Account - is an account available to all WyoOne ID card holders.  Both parents and students may deposit money in a student's account.  The debit account is accepted for the purchase of goods and services at all the same locations as the Plus Account, as well as the following areas:

Deposits may be made online at the WyoOne ID Office, the Cashier's Office, or at one of the cash deposit machines throughout campus.  Parents may also make deposits online, by mail or phone, using Visa or MasterCard.
