Your First ID Card

 

Cooperating Agency:
The first card for  Cooperating Agency employees and their family members is $10.  Cooperating Agency and Appointed Employees are eligible for a WyoOne ID card, which enables the use of the library and debit card as well as the purchase of gym access.  Acknowledgement of new positions for Cooperating Agency is submitted through the Human Resources Benefits Office and acknowledgement of Appointed Employees  is submitted through Academic Affairs.  Valid photo identification, such as a driver's license, passport or military identification is required.

Spouses and Dependents of Cooperating Agency Employees:
The first card for a spouse or dependent is $10.00. Proof of relationship may be required if last names differ and for dependents who are not natural or legally adopted children. Dependents are described as children (natural, legally adopted, legal guardian, or step children) under the age of 19 who have not graduated from high school. Replacement ID cards will cost $15.
