Your First ID Card
UW
Faculty, Staff, and Appointed Employees:
All UW employees are eligible for an WyoOne
ID card after appropriate hiring papers have been submitted through
Human Resources. Valid identification, such as a driver's license,
passport or military identification is required.
Your first card is $5, a replacement card is $15.
Spouses
and Dependents of Students, UW Faculty, Staff, & Appointed Employees:
The first WyoOne card for a spouse
or dependent is $7.50. Proof of relationship may be required if last names
differ and for dependents who are not natural or legally adopted children.
Dependents are described as children (natural, legally adopted, legal guardian,
or step children) under the age of 19 who have not graduated from high school.
Replacement ID cards will cost $15.
