The University of Wyoming College of Health Sciences delivers educational programs through three principal units: the School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing and School of Interdisciplinary and Preprofessional Programs.
The School of Interdisciplinary and Preprofessional Programs consists of five divisions: Medical Education and Public Health, Communication Disorders (formerly the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology); Kinesiology and Health (formerly the School of Physical and Health Education); Social Work; and Allied Health (includes the Dental Hygiene Program). The School also administers the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences Program.
The Division of Medical Education and Public Health consists of the WWAMI Medical Education Program, the Family Practice Residency Programs in Casper and Cheyenne, and the Area Health Education Center (AHEC).
The Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) provides education, program evaluation, community supports and information services to consumers and professionals who work with people with disabilities throughout the state.
