Do you cringe when you hear the words, “Performance Evaluation?” This training will help you transform the performance evaluation from extra paperwork to improved job satisfaction and communication. Find out how to write the most effective objectives, and how to use those objectives to create an ongoing conversation between staff and management for a better work environment. Get tips on how to turn performance evaluation from a once-a-year performance appraisal into year-round performance improvement. Participants will learn the entire process of performance evaluation, including planning, follow-up, and assessment.
