Go to the Faculty & Administrative Searches section of the Employment Practices Office (EPO) website at http://uwadminweb.uwyo.edu/Empployment Practices/Faculty Administrative searches.asp and follow the steps outlined. |

Complete the Job Requisition making sure to indicate if you want the position posted to the UW Web Site and/or HigherEdJobs.com. |

3 |
Submit the Job Requisition and advertisement to the Appointing Authority for approval. |
|
|
4 |
Once the Appointing Authority has approved, forward to EPO for approval. |
|
|
5 |
After EPO has approved the Job Requisition and advertisement, EPO will forward to HR with dates for advertising. |

6 |
Forward an electronic copy of the advertisement to HR at jobapps@uwyo.edu. |
|

7 |
Once the position has been posted, HR will send an email stating the position is on the website(s) and the date the position is scheduled to be removed. A position will be advertised for 30 days from the date of posting. |

8 |
It is the department’s responsibility to notify HR if they would like the position to be advertised past the removal date. HR will then notify EPO of the advertising extension. |
