Democracy in Times of National Security Panel

Sept. 22, 2003 -- A panel dealing with democracy in a time of national security will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the University of Wyoming College of Agriculture auditorium.

The panel, including Director of UW Libraries Maggie Farrell and William Moore, professor in the Department of History, will discuss diverse subjects stemming from the current political environment. Other speakers will include Cheyenne attorney Bruce Moats plus Shenna Bellows of the national American Civil Liberties Union.

The discussion is free and open to the public.
