History Department Launches Electronic Journal |

Oct. 9, 2007 -- The University of Wyoming Department of History and the Nu Alpha chapter of Pi Alpha Theta have launched an electronic journal comprising a collection of essays prepared in undergraduate classes at UW.
"History Trails: An Undergraduate Journal of History from the University of Wyoming" offers a selection of essays prepared in the 2006/2007 academic year. Featured writers include UW seniors Ranee' Savage of Byron, Ryan Frost of Cheyenne, Kellie Rae Rockey of Broomfield, Colo., and 2007 graduate Nicole Thompson of Cheyenne. The journal is edited by Emily Arendt, an M.A. candidate in the Department of History.

Phi Alpha Theta is the national honor society for history, promotes the study of history by encouraging research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians.
