Ms. Tavegie is a former elementary and middle school instructor. Interest areas for Sherry are literature with geographic themes and historical geography. Having been a Teacher Consultant for the Wyoming Geographic Alliance since 1991, she has an extensive network of TC's nationwide to use as resource consultants.  She is the Wyoming Coordinator for the Preserve America History Teacher competition.  The Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program is a program that Sherry promotes along with Summer Geography Institutes.
