Posting & Sweepstakes
The Posting and Sweepstakes section is used to enter the judging results for each class. This can be done for the individual exhibitor or by class. Results can also be entered by using a scanner.

Posting enters the judging results for each class. The class posting screen displays all exhibitors for each class so places and awards are entered. - Individual Posting [pdf]

Post results using bar codes on item tags and judges' call sheet. - Sweepstakes [pdf]
Sweepstakes are used to reward an exhibitor with a large number of entries. Points are assigned to each placing for 4-H and Open Class exhibitors. FFA sweepstakes are based on chapter or individual exhibitor. - Un-posted Class Report [pdf]
Print the un-posted class report to find any class with exhibitors that have not been posted.
