Exhibitors/Items
The exhibitors/items section is used to enter information about the exhibitors and their entries into the fair. Features in this section include printing registration forms, identifying which departments, division, and classes do not need item tags, exhibitor information, and tag printing.

A customized registration form can be set up using a mail merge file from the 4HPlus! program and a mail merge form developed in Microsoft Word. Using this method allows the registration form to show the current projects for 4-H members. - No Tag Class [pdf]

In a few cases, the county extension office is responsible only for sending exhibitor items to State Fair. There is an easy method to enter exhibitors in State Fair without having to manually post results. - Delete

The view/delete menu displays a list of all exhibitors currently entered in the fair. This provides another method to delete an item. - Counts by 4-H Club [pdf]
The item count report shows the number of exhibitor items by 4-H club. - Change Item's

The exhibitor can be changed on an item with this utility. - Move Single Item to
Another Class [pdf]
Moving an item removes it from the current class and adds it to the new class. - Copy Single Item to
Another Class [pdf]
Copying an item keeps it in the current class and adds it to the new class. - Copy All Items in a New
Class [pdf]
The Copy All Items in a New Class utility copies items from one class to another for all the exhibitors in the original class. - Item and Exhibitor

Four different reports are available showing counts for items and exhibitors.
