UW invites you to participate in the Long Range Development Plan

UW has embarked on a planning process to guide the long-term physical development of the main campus. The plan will enhance connectivity, open space and support of campus services, while maintaining Laramie's historic character. The goal is to develop and implement a technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable plan.

Who Should Be Involved?

You! We encourage participation from all members of the Laramie and University
community.

How Does This Affect Me?

The Long Range Development Plan affects all members of the community. It will guide:
     • New student housing.                                       Walking and bike paths.
     • Improved street crossings.                               Academic core expansion
     • New and improved open spaces.
     • Parking supply and location.
     • New research facilities

How Can I Get Involved?

Campus: Attend the fourth campus workshop: Draft Long Range Development Plan

Community: Attend the third community workshop: Draft Long Range Development Plan 7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009  Location: City of Laramie Recreation Center Front Conference Room

We encourage your suggestions, comments and concerns as we mutually develop a plan that best suits the needs of the community.

Community and campus involvement is essential to the development of a long range plan. We encourage all members of the university and Laramie communities to attend the workshops and help develop a vision for the expansion of our campus.
