Teacher/Counselor Application & Forms

Teacher Selection

To be eligible to apply, teachers must:

  • currently be employed by a public or private high school in Wyoming.
  • be current residents of Wyoming.
  • be committed to participate fully and remain for the entire two weeks of the program.

The SER values diversity and seeks broad participation from across the state from schools of all sizes.  A UW committee makes the final selections.

Application Process

Submit the following information to apply for the Energy Summer Institute.

  1. Complete the teacher application form.

  2. Write a letter of application.  On one page, include the reasons for wanting to participate and an explanation of how you will incorporate the information you gain from the experience in your classroom.

  3. Mail your teacher application form, and letter of application to the following address.  It must be postmarked by February 25, 2008.
