Experience: I have been with the U.W. Early Care and Education Center for 6 years.  Prior to that I worked at Hilltop Daycare as well as a Home Daycare in Nebraska. 

In addition to being a lead teacher I am a CPR/First Aid Instructor.

Family: I am married and have two children, Taylor and Collin.  My husbands name is Luke.

Hobbies/interests/research topics: My hobbies include picnicking in the mountains, reading, spending time with my children and animals.

I have recently become more interested in developing documentation pertaining to classroom projects.  Documenting the various projects has helped me recognize the different types of learning taking place.  Documentation is designed to give parents and students a better understanding out what is taking place in the classroom.
