Discussions Dolores Cardona, Associate Dean of Students Tuesday, September 25th, from 5:00—6:00 p.m. Coe 307 Discussions are a powerful tool to increase student learning. The challenge lies in ensuring all voices are heard. Dolores will provide examples and offer suggestions for leading inclusive discussions. Promoting Civility in the Classroom Dan May, Graduate Assistant, Mathematics Friday, October 26th, from Noon—1:00 p.m., Coe 307 Deep learning starts with challenges to what we know, but debate and disagreement must be conducted with civility.
