Course Request Form
for Instructors

The Ellbogen Center offers course websites on the WyoSakai, eCompanion, and WebCT (the last only through Spring 2009) platforms to enhance classroom teaching and learning.

The eCompanion course choice will automatically enroll your students. For a WyoSakai or WebCT course, students create accounts for themselves and then join your course according to the instructions on the Student Info page.

Read "Online Course Minima" for the minimum knowledge and pointers you need to get started. Your course shell should be created in one hour to three weeks, generally within 48 hours (two business days)-- except just before a term starts, when we receive many requests. You will be notified via e-mail when it is ready.

Unless you specify differently, we create a single course shell for each request. If you want a single course shell to include several sections, list all sections and CRNs here. If you want different course shells for several different sections, please submit several course requests.
