through the
pages to get an overview of the instructions and the process.
III. Consider whether you want to include documents and other files. Your "My Workspace" site is a private file store and web server, containing your own materials and private to you. The work that you will submit as components of your Faculty Test Portfolio should be uploaded and stored there. The Resources tool, listed in the left-hand column, gives you the file and folder commands necessary. Click on the drop-down "Add" and "Actions" menus next to a folder for creating sub-folders, uploading files into that folder, creating a new file (by typing into an edit window), and so forth. Click on the drop-down "Actions" menu next to a fileto edit details such as its name, edit the content (for a text or HTML document), remove it, and so forth.

General Instructions
Forms:
Either in a Wizard, or in the Forms tool, click on the name of a form. Fill in the fields manually. For attachments, either:
- Upload a document from your own computer system, or
- Reveal your other worksites with the "Show other sites" link, selecting "My Workspace," where you have stored your documents. You will see your Resources. Open folders as necessary and choose a file by clicking on "Attach a copy" in the Actions column (rather than clicking on the file name). The file will be listed at the top of the screen under "Items to attach." You can remove it (with the link) and substitute another, or add more files. Click "Continue" to return to the form list.
