Information Technology provides two platforms for these purposes-- Elluminate and WyoCast
The product Elluminate is a videoconferencing facility for application sharing; it provides computer screens and audio connections. One person with a UWYO domain account must take the role of leader to control the others' participation. Participants connect through browsers via an IP address generated by the software. Recording of a session is possible. Advance arrangements are necessary.

The product MediaSite provides our WyoCast. WyoCast is a facility for lecture capture; it broadcasts and records video, audio, and presentation materials. Lectures may then be viewed online from the WyoCast website, in their entirety or through slider controls. The equipment in available in three Classroom Building rooms and by reservation for the mobile unit. Advance arrangements are necessary.
