This website features the results of a two-year project at the University of Wyoming on issues of diversity in the classroom. The research was guided by principles related to the scholarship of teaching and learning.

For all students, but especially for those affected by chilly classroom climates, it's a distinct value to rehearse leadership in a classroom setting and be mentored by a teacher who connects academic, personal, and career goals.

The materials produced by this project will help instructors and students create this kind of setting.
