Conference Lodging
A block of hotel
rooms has been reserved at the Comfort Inn in Laramie for
the conference at the rate of $85.49 per night. Reserve your
room for the Conference by August 24. The Comfort Inn is
located at 3420 E Grand Ave, Laramie, WY 82070. Phone
(307)721-8856 (this is about 1.5 miles from the UW Union). You
will need to make your own reservation.
Parking
Information
If you are not a UW student or a staff/faculty member, you
will need a parking permit to park on campus. Parking permits
will be available at the registration table (no registration or
parking permit will be needed to attend the film).
Need financial support to
travel to the conference? Then fill out and return the
Application for Travel Funds! Priority will be given to
registrants traveling distances, carpooling, or staying in a
hotel in Albany County. (Check out the Ride Board for
carpooling). The amount awarded will depend on the funds
available, and applications may not be fully funded. The awarded
funds will be in the form of a reimbursement – so keep your
receipts! Deadline is Thursday, September 21 – applications
received after that have a lower likelihood of being funded.
