The Center includes:
- A computer work-station (with Internet access), for research &
organization, with assistance from the Center director and from interactive
CD ROM speech-building programs.
- Two digital cameras and supporting software to capture digital
presentations for electronic portfolios
- Presentation room for practicing or for group presentations/seminars*
- Multi-media projector for enhanced presentations
- Work tables for spreading out materials or for group projects
- TV, VCR, overhead projector & screen, visual aide stand, chalk board
for visual aids.
* The Center can accommodate groups of 24.
The Center is open to all UW community members: students, staff, faculty and
administrators.
