Spybot Search & Destroy is free and may be downloaded by visiting www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html. Click on the download link under the Home section. Donations are accepted by the Spybot Search & Destroy authors, but they are not expected. A browser search may take you to other web sites that try to mimic this free product. Be careful to get the authentic Spybot Search & Destroy.
Microsoft Windows Defender Beta 2 is free and available from Microsoft's home page. Visit www.microsoft.com and click on the Windows Defender (Beta2) link under the Popular Downloads section.
