Reading Layout View
The reading layout view is a new feature available in Word 2003. It
is designed to make document reading easier. Click the Read
icon on the standard toolbar to switch to this view.
Click the Close icon to change the program back to the original view.
The reading layout view displays automatically when a Word document received as an e-mail attachment is opened. To stop this action, take the following steps to change the parameter.
- With Microsoft Word open, click Tools > Options. The Options dialog box displays.
- Click the General tab.
- Uncheck the Allow starting in Reading Layout check box.
- Click OK.
