Highlighter
A highlighter can be used in Word while reading a document just like using a highlighter marker with a paper document. Use a light color so the text beneath it can be seen.
- Click the Highlight icon
on the Formatting toolbar. - The highlighter cursor displays.
- Drag the cursor across the words to be highlighted.
The highlighter color can be changed by clicking the down arrow to the right if the icon. Select the desired color.
