Microsoft Office

These features are used in all the programs in the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Format Painter [pdf]
    Format painter is used to copy and paste formats within a document so it looks consistent.
  • Picture Manager [pdf]
    Microsoft Picture Manager is included in the Microsoft Office 2003 suite.  It can be used to convert pictures to .gif or .jpg format and to resize pictures.  More information about Picture Manager is available on Microsoft's web site.
  • Search - I Lost My File! [pdf]
    Use the Search feature in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Publisher to find a file.
