CES Reporting
Time and Statistics Report

The CES reporting system has a total time and statistics report available.  It provides subtotals on programs and locations.  Many users request it at the end of a report year as it provides an annual record of activity.

  1. Log onto the CES reporting system.
  2. Click Data Reports > Full Reports.  The Full Data Reports screen displays.  See Figure 1.  Click the image to enlarge it.

  1. Click the reporting year radio button.
  2. Click the Programs and Locations button.
  3. A message displays indicating this can be a time-intensive report.  Click OK.
  4. Click the Continue Processing button.
  5. The report displays in a separate .pdf window.

Note:  Turn off pop-up blockers so the report displays in a separate window.

  1. Click the print icon to print the report.  See Figure 2 for a sample report.
