CES Reporting
Monthly Summary Report

A monthly summary report can be printed from the CES reporting system.  The report lists the hours, program code, location, gender, and ethnicity information for each day of the month.  Summary information is included for programs and locations.

  1. Log on to the CES reporting system.
  2. Click Data Reports.  See Figure 1.

  1. Highlight the desired month.
  2. Highlight the desired year.
  3. Click the Monthly Summary button.
  4. Click the View/Print Report button.  The report displays in a separate window.

Note:  Turn off pop-up blockers so the report can be displayed.

  1. Click File > Print.
  2. Click OK.
  3. Close the report window.
  4. Click the Return to Report Selection button.
  5. Another report can be printed, if needed.
  6. Close the Internet Explorer window.
