CES Reporting
Backup Data

Each user can back up their data on the CES reporting system to a local hard drive.  The backup process creates a text delimited file that can be opened in Excel or Word.  Backing up data is an option.

  1. Log on to CES Reporting.
  2. Click Archive.  The Archive screen displays.  See Figure 1.

  1. Click the Data box.
  2. Click the Create Backup File button.  This will take a little time.  Please be patient until the hourglass disappears.
  3. The Download Backup File  button is enabled when the backup file has been created.
  4. Click the Download Backup File button.
  5. Navigate to the folder where the file is to be saved.

Note:  The only location where the system will restore a backup file from is C:\CKV\Webxfer.
