A 49 year-old participant was impressed by the "small-changes" messages from the Cent$ible Nutrition Program. She eliminated soda pop from her diet, increased her fruit and vegetable intake, and started walking every day. Her doctor took her off her diabetes medication and her liver tests surprised her physician. He said, "Your liver looks as if you never had any diabetes."
