A 56-year old participant was having a hard time controlling his blood pressure.  His primary health care giver told him he had to watch his fat and salt intake, but he didn't know how.  After participating in the Cent$ible Nutrition Program, this participant felt more confident in following his doctor's orders and controlling his own diet.  He said, "I did not know how much fat and salt were in some packaged foods.  The label reading class really helped me be aware of what I eat."
