A young couple, who were expecting a baby, was living with her parents.  They had only one income, he was a dishwasher.  The young mom was very enthusiastic about CNP classes.  The couple learned many skills, among them, food resource management, and good nutrition for their family.  As a result, they are now living on their own, doing very well with budgeting and taking good care of their baby.
