Move Your Way Every Day and Choose to Move
There are many ways we can be physically active.  There are lots of activities we do every day, like cleaning the house, shoveling snow, riding bikes, gardening, walking.  Sometimes we do organized activities like basketball or an exercise class.  Each day, draw a picture of an activity you did.  Give yourself a reward for completing 10 activities!

Original Fast Foods

Set a goal to eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day.  Post the Original Fast Foods list on the refrigerator for ideas and give it a try!
