Changes, Challenges, and Choices: Online Textbook

Some Background on the Textbook
On March 18, 2002 the University of Wyoming revised its University Studies Program.
Particularly relevant here was the change from the First Year Seminar to the "I" Course. 
Prior to 2003, the First Year Seminar course was intended to give University of Wyoming students a feel for campus life.  The new Intellectual Community, or I-Course was created to provides the skills and philosophy necessary for success as a student and as a life-long learner.  Academic, content-based courses are individually tailored to each discipline.
 
What does it all mean?
While the First Year Seminar is no longer an available course on campus, the textbook used in the class is.  The book contains useful information about being a student at UW. 

Please note that this textbook has NOT been updated since the inception of the new University Studies Program.
