Sonja is in her second year as a graduate assistant and approved clinical instructor with the University of Wyoming. She completed her undergraduate education at North Dakota State University where she graduated with her BS in 2005. During her undergraduate education she took a brief hiatus as she completed her massage therapy training in 2003.  Sonja received her NATA-BOC certification in June of 2005. She is currently working on her MS in the Division of Kinesiology and Health.  At Wyoming she provides athletic training coverage for the wrestling team and football teams, and supervises athletic training students. 

Sonja’s previous experience includes a variety athletic training and sport coverage in her undergraduate program. During this time she had significant experience with both the NDSU football and softball programs.
