Field Schools

The Anthropology Department offers two archaeological field schools to students with different levels of archaeological expertise. Please click on the links listed below for each of the field schools offered.

Fieldwork in Wyoming Archaeology (ANTH 4140) offers professional-level training in field research methods to students and others who have very little field experience. 

TBA -The Advanced Archaeological Field School AAFS - (ANTH 5180) instructs graduate students in advanced field techniques, laboratory methods, and project management.
