New Light at 17th and Grand Ave

This new light allows vehicles to exit the residence hall parking lots. It also stops traffic so students can walk over to these shops from the dorms.

Grand Ave. is part of the State of Wyoming highway system; however, the traffic stops whenever a student wants to eat at Subway or drink at the Library Bar (outside of the frame to the right).
