A Distinct Town

Some people point to such distinct features as Laramie’s Territorial Prison, Sporting complexes, and American Heritage Center. Of course, we should not overlook the fact that the tallest building in Wyoming is in Laramie: one of the dorm buildings on the University of Wyoming campus.
