Blalock has been the president and CEO of the University of Wyoming Foundation and UW president for Institutional Advancement since 1996. He came to UW after serving as Director of Marketing and Development with the Houston Symphony. Prior to his appointment with the Houston Symphony, Blalock served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at the University of Houston System.
