Making A Referral

Do you or someone you know have a disability or injury which limits your/their ability to perform essential work tasks?  Some agricultural workers acquire disabilities in off-the-farm accidents or through illness and health problems such as heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, stroke or cancer.  Older farmers and ranchers may experience other limitations such as decreased vision or hearing.  These illnesses or disabilities may result in a decline in the farm or ranch family’s ability to manage financially.

If you or a member of your family has a disability and you:

1.      Reside on a Wyoming farm or ranch or
2.      Engage in farming, ranching or a farm-related occupation

And you would like more information, please print the referral form and mail to:
