Connect Wyoming is a human services infrastructure designed to service the state of Wyoming. It consists of a web site housing a searchable version of the Pathways Plus database, a calendar of human service events, a monthly newsletter, and special Pathways search interfaces for Medicaid Waiver Providers, Senior Services, and the Wyoming Breast Cancer Resource Directory.
