Transfer Students

New challenges, advanced education, and a supportive community await you at UW.

Students are considered transfers if they have taken any college coursework after graduating high school. Students who have taken less than 30 credit hours of college coursework should apply as a transfer student, but must also provide high school transcripts. Students under 21 with less than 30 credit hours must also provide an ACT or SAT score.

The Process:

The following steps will guide you through the transfer admission process:

Requirements Review the admission requirements and credit transfer process.
 
Apply Fill out an application for admission. A PDF version of the application is also available.
 
Pay Fee Pay the application fee.
 
Check Status Check your application status.
 
Pre-Arrival Take the next steps towards enrolling at UW.
