Academic Professional reappointment reviews are always due in October (except the first year which is in January).
Faculty reappointment reviews (hired in August 2007) follow the schedule below, if
you are in the normal six year schedule.
First Year – January 14, 2008
Second Year – October 2008
Third Year – October 2009
Fourth Year- January 2011
Fifth Year – January 2012
Sixth Year – January 2013
If you have received credit toward your tenure and promotion you can verify the dates by checking your history sheet in your reappointment packet and correspond that date with the above schedule. Academic personnel that received credit cannot skip years for the 3rd and 5th years. Note that second year and third year packets are due in October and fourth, fifth and sixth year packets are due in January.
