A&S Department Heads and Program Directors:
  UW has hired a lobbyist for student instructional equipment needs.  A&S needs to create a list quickly.  Please send me a list of instructional equipment needs by Friday, December 2.  At the same time you should update your Plus Budget requests.  Perhaps you will have two separate Excel files:  Instructional Equipment and Plus Budget.  Please use your department prefix to start the file names.  The Plus Budget list should be sent to me by Wednesday, December 14.  Please indicate priorities on both lists.

  As a starting point, I have attached the Plus Budget list of requests (many are instructional needs) from January 2005.  Feel free to  excerpt your sections and update the lists.
