I already went. I have attended many of these sessions and this one conducted by Nell Russell was by far the best of them all. I highly recommend it. 
I would encourage any head to ask administrative type questions since the sessions are not restricted to administrators only. She is incredibly knowledgable and has a great sense of humor.
