Attached is the latest version of our planning themes document which had it birth in our August Retreat. I have discussed it twice with the Heads’ Council and once with the Central Committee. Please read it prior to the Heads’ Meeting today. I welcome comments which hopefully you can send to me this week. I would like the Central Committee to review it next Monday.
