First,  PLEASE remember that you cannot charge alcoholic beverages on your  P card.  Nor can you charge gifts or flower. These can only be purchased with development funds.  

Second, as you are all aware past evaluations/comments are included in T&P packets:  from the department head, faculty, T&P committee and mine.  In addition, comments from the University T&P committee should also be included.  In the past, some have included these University T&P committee comments while others have not.  Academic Affairs has asked that everyone include the University comments.
