Field Surveys, Monitoring, and Research

WYNDD biologists have extensive experience and training studying the flora and fauna of Wyoming in the field, and commonly perform field surveys to meet the needs of clients.  WYNDD’s position at the University of Wyoming provides quick access to much existing field data and expertise, and allows the efficient assembly of qualified field crews and technicians.   

Requests for field surveys require direct contact with WYNDD staff to discuss details and cost; projects resulting from such requests are usually handled as separate contracts or cost-share projects between WYNDD and the data requester.
