Courses

First year students enroll in a rigorous schedule of 25 credit hours per week, plus three hours per week with assigned preceptors.  Additional course information can be found at the University of Washington School of Medicine Online Curriculum site.

First year students are introduced to "real world" medicine by our preceptors.  They are practicing physicians in the Laramie community who donate their time and serve as mentors and advisors for our students.
