5710Watershed Water Quality Management
3 Credit hours
Studies watershed processes controlling water quality. Examines impacts of land use activities such as agriculture production, livestock grazing and mineral and natural gas extraction on surface water and ground water quality. Emphasis will be placed on water quality modeling and management. Dual listed with REWM 4710. Prerequisites: CHEM 1030, MATH 2200 and CHEM 2230 recommended. (Normally offered spring semester)
