Assessment

Goals, Objectives, and Student Learning Outcomes of the Agroecology undergraduate program.

Assessment Methods

Learning by Agroecology majors is assessed using two methods. The first method is an exit exam given during the AECL 4990 Agroecology Seminar class. The exam covers material presented in courses throughout the Agroecology curriculum. The second assessment method is tracking of the employment success of Agroecology graduates. Agroecology is an applied science. The employment success of Agroecology graduates is therefore a key indicator of program effectiveness.
